SWISS CHOCOLATE CAKE | |
1 box Swiss chocolate cake mix 1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding 3 eggs 1 1/2 c. sweet milk Mix all ingredients. Blend well. Pour into 3 (9 inch) pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. ICING: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar 1/2 c. granulated sugar 1 (12 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip 2 Hershey bars 1/2 c. pecans Mix sugars and cream cheese until smooth. Add Cool Whip, chocolate and pecans. Mix well. Spread between layers, top and sides of cake. |
