CURRIED HOT FRUIT MEDLEY 
1 (16 oz.) can pear halves, drained
1 (16 oz.) can peach halves, drained
1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tbsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. salt
sour cream (optional)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange fruit in a 2 quart baking dish. Combine butter, sugar, curry powder and salt in a small saucepan. Heat until sugar is dissolved. Pour over fruit.

Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes. Serve hot topped with a dollop of sour cream, if desired. Serves 6-8. This is a great dish for coffees and luncheons.
