HOT FRUIT CASSEROLE 
1 can peaches, sliced (29 oz.)
1 jar apple rings
1 can apricots
1 can pears, sliced (29 oz.)
1 can pineapple chunks

Drain fruit. Arrange in large baking dish as desired.

Sauce:

1 c. apricot juice (with enough apple ring juice to color)
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 stick butter
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Cook until thick. Pour over fruit and let marinate in the refrigerator overnight, covered.

Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
