MISSION MEAL-IN-A-SALAD 
1 lb. bag Mission tortilla chips
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 head lettuce, shredded
1 bottle Thousand Island dressing
1 can kidney or pinto beans, drained
1 c. grated Cheese cheese
2 lg. tomatoes, diced (or 15 cherry tomatoes, halved)
3 green onions, chopped

In a large skillet, brown meat and pour off fat. Add taco seasoning mix and 1 cup water and cook until water is absorbed and meat mixture is moist but not runny. In the meanwhile, place lettuce in a large salad bowl and toss with bottled dressing until coated.

Top with meat mixture, beans, grated cheese, tomatoes and onions. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the tortilla chips, crumbled. Arrange remaining chips around edge of salad in bowl. Serve immediately. Makes a full meal for 4 people.
