WHOLE MEAL SALAD 
3 c. lettuce
3 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 c. cooked green beans
1 c. cooked rice (quick)

Marinate any kind of seafood (tuna, salmon, shrimp) or chicken in: 1/4 c. vinegar

Add garlic powder and dash of soy sauce.

Toss lettuce, celery and onion together. Refrigerate.

Drain beans - save juice. Add water to bean juice to make 1 cup. Boil juice and add rice. Let cool. Add bean and rice to marinated seafood. Mix all together with lettuce mix. Serve cold.
