CHOCOLATE CHESS PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. fine chopped pecans, optional
1 stick melted butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
4 oz. evaporated milk

Mix sugar and cocoa together. Using wire whisk blend eggs and butter. Then add to sugar and cocoa mix. Blend well. Add milk and vanilla mixing thoroughly. Add nuts if desired.

Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. (Excellent to freeze.)
