1 lb. pork, beef, and veal mix
2 eggs
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
4 tbsp. onion powder
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
4 strips bacon, cut in half
Sm. ham slice

Mix together first 5 ingredients. Boil bacon strips to remove salt. Lay bacon in microwave casserole dish. Add 1/2 of meat mixture; layer ham (1 inch thick slices) the same direction as bacon on top of meat. Place rest of meat mixture on top. Microwave on low for 25 minutes.
