BROCCOLI CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (5 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
3 c. cut up broccoli
3 c. cut up cauliflower
1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts
3/4 lb. grated Cheddar or Colby cheese
3/4 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese

In bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise, eggs, onion, water chestnuts and salt and pepper.

In 9x13 pan, put 1/2 of broccoli and cauliflower and bean sprouts. Then pour 1/2 of soup mixture over veggies and sprinkle with 1/2 of cheeses. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
