EASY LEMON CHESS PIE | |
1 whole lemon 1/2 c. water 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 2 tbsp. plain flour 1/4 c. butter Cut lemon in cubes and remove seeds. Cut butter in small pieces. Place all ingredients in blender and blend thoroughly (about 2 minutes). Pour into unbaked 9" pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Delicious with or without cream. |
