EVERY READY MUFFINS 
15 oz. Raisin Bran cereal
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 beaten eggs
1 c. oil
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 qt. buttermilk
Dash of cinnamon

Mix Bran Flakes, sugar, flour, soda, and salt in large bowl. Add eggs, oil, vanilla, and buttermilk. Mix well. Store in refrigerator and use as desired. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. 1/2 recipe makes 48 muffins.
