SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen spinach
2 c. (16 oz.) cream-style cottage cheese
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 c. butter
4 eggs
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

Cook and drain spinach well. Mix other ingredients in large bowl and add cooked spinach. Bake in 8x10 inch buttered flat casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. May be made ahead of time and baked right before serving.
