SPINACH CASSEROLE 
3 eggs, beaten
6 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Little pepper, onion & garlic salt or powder
10 oz. thawed & squeezed frozen & chopped spinach
1 lb. cottage cheese
2 c. grated sharp cheese
4 oz. can mushrooms

Mix together eggs, flour, salt, pepper, onion and garlic salts. Then add in spinach, cottage cheese, sharp cheese and mushrooms. Place in greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered for about 1 hour at 350 degrees.
