POULET TANGIERS 
chicken thighs, skinned
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. sherry (optional)
1 tbsp. grated or chopped fresh ginger

Place chicken in shallow baking dish. Mix ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F about 45 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking, turning once until golden, about 10 minutes.
