PECAN DELIGHT 
1 c. flour (plain)
1 stick butter
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 medium size Cool Whip
2 boxes instant vanilla pudding (lemon or chocolate; optional)
3 c. milk
1 medium size Cool Whip

Mix together flour, butter and nuts. Pat out crust in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes and cool. Mix cream cheese and sugar. Fold in Cool Whip and pour over first layer and chill. Mix pudding and milk together. Pour over first two layers. Spread Cool Whip over top. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top and refrigerate.
