POUNDED CHICKEN BREAST 
Deboned chicken breasts
Seasoned bread crumbs
Salt to desire

Cut chicken into 1/2 breasts or quarters. Pound with meat hammer (steel hammer works best). Wet with water and dip into bread crumbs. Saute in frying pan with small amount of oil, 3-4 minutes each side. Don't over cook.

For outside grill, dip pounded breasts into Good Seasons salad dressing.
