CHO-PEANUT FUDGE 
12 oz. chocolate bits
1/2 c. smooth peanut butter
3 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. milk

Melt chocolate in top of double boiler. Take from heat. Blend in peanut butter; beat in sugar and milk until smooth. Spread in buttered pan 8x8x2. Chill 1/2 hour or until firm. Cut, cover and store at room temperature.
