MAL'S CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. Crisco oil
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (12 oz.) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Mix both sugars, oil, eggs and vanilla and add the dry ingredients slowly while stirring. Drop by tablespoon on cookie sheet to make large cookies.

Bake at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
