CORN CASSEROLE | |
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix 2 eggs 1 lg. can creamed corn 1 lg. can whole kernel corn, drained 1/3 c. milk 3/4 c. sharp shredded cheese 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 tsp. each of salt & pepper Beat eggs in a bowl. Add milk, corn, onion, mix and 1/4 cup cheese. Mix well. Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish and cover with the rest of the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. |
