CORN CASSEROLE | |
1 box Jiffy cornbread muffin mix 2 eggs 1 c. butter 1 c. whole kernel corn 1 can cream style corn 1 c. sour cream 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese Combine muffin mix, eggs, sour cream, butter and corn. Mix well. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. Top with Swiss cheese and bake 10 minutes longer. |
