CORNBREAD CASSEROLE 
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 c. sour cream
1 stick butter
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix

Cream butter and sour cream. Add corn and dry muffin mix. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Note: Do Not drain whole kernel corn.
