2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (28 oz.) jar mince meat
1 (14 oz.) Eagle Brand sweetened milk
2 c. (1 lb.) mixed candied fruit
1 c. chopped walnuts OR pecans

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Grease and flour 10 inch fluted tube pan OR 32 muffin cups OR use paper-lined muffin cups.

Sift together flour and soda; set aside. In large bowl combine remaining ingredients; blend in dry ingredients. Pour into prepared pan or muffin cups (if use muffin cups, fill 2/3 full).

For tube pan, bake 1 hour and 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. For muffin tins, bake 45 to 50 minutes. Cool 15 minutes and remove from pan.
