MILLIES EASY FRUIT CAKE 
1 lb. chopped dates
1 lb. red cherries, cut up
1 lb. mixed fruit
1 (14 oz.) bag coconut
3 cans Eagle Brand milk
1 lb. chopped pecans
1 lb. chopped walnuts

Mix all ingredients together in a large pan - I got a big dish pan I use. Spray your aluminum pans, the size you would bake bread in. You get 4 loaves or you can use smaller ones but you would have to reduce your baking time. Bake on 250 degrees for 1 hour and 55 minutes, according to your oven. Let sit in pans about 5 minutes, then turn out and let cool. You can take cheese cloth and put your loaves in a big bread box and spoon apple juice or other juice liquids over them. Repeat in another five days and wrap them back up good. Then remove from cake or bread box and wrap with saran wrap, then put foil around each one. These stay frozen well for 6 to 8 months.
