PRALINE AND ORANGE SAUCE 
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
Dash of salt
2/3 c. water
1 tsp. finely shredded orange peel
1/3 c. orange juice
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. broken pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

In saucepan stir together sugars, flour, and salt. Stir in water, orange peel, and orange juice. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Add marshmallows and butter; cook and stir until melted. Remove from heat; add pecans and vanilla.
