SOUR CREAM AND GROUND MEAT 
3 c. med. size noodles
3 c. tomato juice
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. celery salt
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash pepper
3 oz. mushrooms
1-2 sm. onions, diced

Brown ground beef, skim off some of the grease. Add onions. Saute. Place cooked noodles in layers with ground meat and onions.

Combine salt, celery salt, Worcestershire sauce and the tomato juice and pepper. Pour over noodles. Bring to boil and cover, cook for 20 minutes. Add mushrooms and sour cream. Heat just to boiling point. Serve immediately.
