HAMBURGER NOODLE CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground beef, browned 1 medium onion 1 large bag egg noodles 1 family size can cream of mushroom soup 1 small box heavy whipping cream 5 slices cheese (American) 1 c. bread crumbs salt and pepper to taste Brown hamburger meat with chopped onion. Add salt and pepper to mixture. Drain any excess fat drippings. Boil whole bag of egg noodles until tender. Drain. Mix meat mixture, noodles, cream of mushroom soup, cheese and whipping cream in a large bowl. Stir until all cheese is melted and all ingredients are blended well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour in a baking dish (greased). Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 375°F until sides bubble, about 20 minutes. |
