TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE | |
4 c. uncooked egg noodles 1/2 c. milk 1 c. diced cheese 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained 1 can carrots, diced 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. sour cream 1 (16 oz.) canned peas, drained 2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, drained 1/2 c. browned bread crumbs Cook egg noodles, drain and combine all ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour into a 3 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with browned bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6-8. |
