1 head lettuce (torn into bite-size pieces)
1 green pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
1 c. chopped celery
1 pkg. frozen peas
2 c. Miracle Whip
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. bacon bits
1 c. shredded yellow cheese

Layer the ingredients in large cake pan or bowl in order given, ending with cheese. Cover and refrigerate. Best if made ahead of time.
