DOVE BREAST 
10 to 20 dove breast
1 can French onion soup
1 can cream mushroom soup
1/2 c. sherry

Saute floured and peppered dove in butter. Mix soups and sherry. Put dove in roaster. Add soup mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tender.
