PORK CHOPS WITH SOUR CREAM SAUCE 
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 (3/4" thick) pork chops
1 sm. onion, thinly sliced
1/4 tsp. caraway seeds
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. dried whole dillweed
Dash garlic powder
3/4-1 c. water
1/3 c. commercial sour cream

Heat oil in a heavy skillet over medium heat. Brown pork chops on both sides; drain off pan drippings. Add next 7 ingredients. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 1 hour, adding water if needed to prevent sticking. Remove pork chops from skillet. Stir sour cream into drippings; serve over pork chops. Yield: 2 servings.
