PORK CHOPS WITH SOUR CREAM 
4 lg. or thick pork chops
2 onions, sliced in rings
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter
Salt & Pepper
2 apples, thinly sliced
1 lemon, thickly sliced
1 c. sour cream

Dip pork chops in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs. Fry pork chops until brown and well done. Melt butter in separate pan and brown onions. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Remove chops and keep warm. Add apple slices to onions and let them stew (extra butter may be needed). When everything is done, place a chop on each plate. Place apples and onions on top of each chop. Place generous serving of sour cream on each. Garnish with a slice of lemon. Serve potatoes with the pork chops. Serves 4.
