MANICOTTI WITH MEAT STUFFING 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/8 tsp. minced garlic
1 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 box manicotti noodles
Spaghetti sauce

Boil noodles 5 to 7 minutes and let dry on foil. Brown meat, onion, and garlic together and drain. In bowl mix bread crumbs, parsley, cheese, salt, pepper, eggs and milk. Mix meat and mixture together. Stuff noodles with mixture and pour spaghetti sauce over noodles. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
