8 hot dog buns, split
8 tbsp. peanut butter
2-3 bananas, sliced
2 tbsp. honey
8 tsp. sunflower nuts, optional

Spread 1 tablespoon peanut butter on bottom half of each bun. Top each with banana slices; drizzle with honey. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon sunflower nuts on each sandwich. Replace top half of bun. Serve immediately. Serves 8 buns.
