1 c. peanut butter
1 c. instant nonfat dry milk
1 tbsp. honey
Food coloring
Toothpicks

By hand, mix peanut butter and instant nonfat dry milk in a large mixing bowl. Stir in honey one teaspoon at a time, until firm dough is formed. (Mixture should look like clay, add a little more powdered milk if mixture is too sticky.)

For each bear, use 1 teaspoon for the body and 1/2 teaspoon for the head, knead each piece well and roll into balls. Place head on body. Add tiny pieces for ears. Form 4 small "logs" for paws. Press into bear. Using toothpicks and food coloring paint on eyes and mouth. Makes about 24 bears. Candies keep fresh in airtight container at room temperature for several days.
