LIME CHIFFON DESSERT 
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 tsp. lime Jello
4 c. mini marshmallows
1 c. whipped cream, whipped

Mix melted butter and graham crackers and pat into 8" square pan. Chill. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Stir in Eagle Brand milk, pineapple and lime juice. Fold in marshmallows and whipped cream. Pour onto chilled crust and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set. Serves 12.
