CHEESE CAKE TARTS | |
1 lb. cream cheese (two 8 oz. pkg.) 2 eggs 3/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 jar pie filling Vanilla wafers Soften cream cheese. Beat in first 4 ingredients. Put one vanilla wafer in each cupcake liner. Spoon in cream cheese mixture 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes. Spoon pie filling over each tart. Refrigerate overnight. Makes 15 cupcakes. |
