SCALLOPED POTATOES 
1 c. butter
1 chopped onion
1 lg. pkg. frozen potatoes, tater tots
2 cans creamed chicken soup
Garlic salt and pepper to taste
parsley, optional
1 c. or less grated cheese

Melt butter in microwave for 35 seconds. Add onion and cook 4 minutes longer. Add soup and potatoes, garlic salt, pepper and parsley. Top with 1 cup cheese and cook 15 minutes longer. NOTE: Cover part of the time, uncover last 5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
