SESAME POTATOES 
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen Tater Tot potatoes
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
1 (8 oz.) block cream cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of potato soup
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. parsley
1 lg. red onion, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped

Mix all ingredients together and add to the frozen potatoes. Put into a greased 9 x 13 inch or 10 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle generously with sesame seeds and paprika. Cover well. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
