TOPS' POTATO DISH 
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes or tater tots, thawed
1 pt. sour cream
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 sticks butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine sour cream, cheese, onion, soup and butter, mixing well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix in potatoes and place in a 13x9x2 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 15.
