SAUSAGE DRESSING 
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 tbsp. celery leaves, chopped
6 c. fresh bread cubes
1 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/2 tsp. dried savory leaves
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. milk
Chicken broth
Melted butter

Saute sausage until it changes color. Stir in mushrooms, onions, celery and celery leaves. Cook until mixture is brown. Cool. Combine cooked sausage mixture with other ingredients adding a little chicken broth to get enough liquid to suit you. Put into baking pan. Pour melted butter and a little broth over top. Bake in 375 degree oven for 35 minutes or until nicely browned.
