GRANDPA'S TURKEY DRESSING 
5 or 6 oz. pork sausage, cooked
Giblets, cooked & cut in sm. pieces
1 c. orange juice
2 med. apples, peeled & chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 (14 oz.) bag Brownberry stuffing - sage & onion
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tbsp. marjoram

Put dry bread stuffing into large bowl. Melt 1/2 cup butter, add 2 cups liquid, (orange juice & giblet juices). Heat all together. Pour over stuffing mix until lightly moist. In food processor or cut up - meat, giblets, apple, celery and onion, chopped. Mix with bread stuffing. Add seasonings: poultry, sage and marjoram. Stuff turkey or bake in casserole (covered) dish at 350 degrees for 1 hour. 12 plus servings.
