SAUSAGE DRESSING 
1 lb. sausage, sage, mild or hot
2 1/2 c. (8 oz. bag) cornbread stuffing
2 1/2 c. (8 oz. bag) herb seasoned stuffing
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans chicken broth
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. poultry seasoning

Brown sausage, drain. Cook onion and celery in butter until tender. Mix stuffing, poultry seasoning, salt and black pepper. Stir in broth, celery, onion, butter and sausage. Mix well. Bake, uncovered, for 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
