SAUSAGE DRESSING | |
1 lb. bulk pork sausage 2 onions 4 stalks celery 5 c. corn bread crumbs 3 c. white bread cubes, toasted 2 tsp. sage 1/4 tsp. pepper 3 to 3 1/2 c. chicken broth 2 eggs, beaten Cook sausage, onions, celery in a skillet over medium heat until sausage is browned and onion and celery are tender. Drain, place in a large bowl add remaining ingredients, except celery leaves, stirring well. Spoon dressing into greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Yield 8 to 10 servings. |
