TOFU CHILI 
1 lb. firm tofu
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1/2 c. taco sauce
1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce

1. Drain tofu and then crumble it.

2. Saute onion and garlic in oil.

3. Add tofu, chili, Worcestershire and stir.

4. Slightly mash kidney beans with a fork.

5. Add beans, taco sauce and spaghetti sauce to tofu mixture.

6. Cook until heated thoroughly.
