SHRIMP SCAMPI 
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 lb. med. fresh shrimp, shelled and deveined
Cooked hot rice

In large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add remaining ingredients EXCEPT rice, stir to blend. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until shrimp is tender (5-7 minutes). To serve - spoon shrimp with butter sauce over cooked rice.
