TURKEY CASSEROLE 
3 cans Swanson chunk turkey, white meat (or leftover turkey)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 sm. can mushroom pieces
1 sm. pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 stick butter
1 c. water

Mix turkey, soup, sour cream and mushrooms together. Spread thinly in 9"x13" pan. Melt butter in water. Add stuffing mix. Spread over turkey mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Variation: Add chicken instead of turkey.
