CRANBERRY - ORANGE BREAD 
2 c. sifted flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. coarsely chopped raw cranberries
1/2 c. chopped nut meats
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. salad oil

Sift dry ingredients. Stir in berries, nuts and orange peel. Combine egg, orange juice and oil and add to dry ingredients, stirring just enough to moisten.

Bake in 9 1/2 x 5 x 3 loaf pan.

350 degrees for 50 minutes.
