RICE AU GRATIN SUPREME 
2 green peppers, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can cheese dip (Cheddar & bacon flavor)
1 sm. jar pimentos
1/4 c. mayonnaise
Grated cheese
4 c. instant rice
2 cans mushroom soup

Cook together green pepper, onion and rice until done. Mix in cheese dip, mushroom soup, pimentos and mayonnaise. Put in 9 x 13 inch pyrex dish. Cover top with grated cheese and bake until melted.
