RICE AU GRATIN SUPREME | |
4 c. cooked rice 1/2 c. finely chopped onion and green peppers 1/4 c. pimentos 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1/3 c. salad dressing 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Combine rice, onions, green pepper, salad dressing, 1 cup cheese, milk and seasonings. Stir into rice mixture. Turn into greased shallow 2 quart dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serves 6. |
