LOBSTER PIE 
2 leeks, peeled, trimmed, sliced, and washed
1 pkg. frozen peas
5 red or white med. potatoes, cooked and diced
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sherry
1/2 tsp. dill
1/2 tsp. basil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 sm. can frozen lobster meat - thaw, drain, cut in big pieces
1 box all ready pie crust

Saute leeks in butter until soft (3 minutes). Add remaining ingredients. Mix; place in dish. Cover with pie crust and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees until crust is brown. Serves 6.
