LOBSTER-BROCCOLI CHOWDER 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. butter
2 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. tarragon
Pepper to taste
3 c. milk
3/4 c. cooked chopped broccoli
2 sm. boiled lobster tails, chopped
8 oz. sour cream

Saute onion and celery in butter. Add flour, salt, pepper, tarragon and milk to make a white sauce. Add other ingredients and cook until blended but do not boil.

Serves 4.
